merry christmas

and all that?

i guess the "wintery feeling" weather inspired me to make the Christmas card page for our family album this week. scary thought.

Webster's Pages had some beautiful paper out at Christmas time. really beautiful. two of the papers i bought, i actually used both sides of it. i'll post those later. maybe next time the temperature is unseasonably low?!


the photo was the one we used for our Christmas cards this year. it was also the photo on my very first blog entry. wahoo!

some glittery letters. and glittery ornaments. some jewels.

some sugar coating glitter...used a glue pen to get the fine lines....

rhinestones!

i sprayed some of the edges of the black paper with rose tea glimmer mist. loved how that looked!

and i had to use my edge distresser tool.

add that tool to your must buy list. seriously.

i'm hoping to add a page from last summer next. i just got stumped on adding the journalling. can you imagine me short of words? yeah, i don't think the world is ready either.

unless the temperature dips....then you'll see winter layouts.
