i used American Crafts velvet thickers to title the majority of the pages with things that we do to show our love to each other.
7 gypsies had some rub-ons with great words that also added to the titles.
used some Hambly transparency journaling spots.
Jenny Bowlin helped too. LOVE her rub-ons.
some Prima flowers and gem centres.
the album was designed and made by "Buzz and Bloom". i added two acrylic pages, just for something different. and for extra photos that i didn't want to leave out.
you might have noticed a little difference with a few pictures. well...i took the individual page photos....then i did two things. first i bought red binder rings. good choice! then i tied ribbon around the rings. a side view of one of the acrylic pages. so glad i added these in!
and another of the acrylic pages. more detail?

acrylic pages are so fun. if you ever get the chance to take a workshop and make an acrylic album...don't stop to think about it. just sign up and then figure out the scheduling stuff!
this began as a plain white tag. bought it in a bunch at staples. i sprayed two coats of glimmer mist (tea rose). {maybe one of the reds would have been a better choice...but i used what i had!} then i added the rub-on quote. it's from 7gypsies. and i got the whole sheet in my goodie box from Kim. then....i used my edge distresser. then....i used some charcoal pigment ink along the edges. and a paper fastener {also 7gypsies} and some ribbon sealed the deal!
and...is this not the cutest and most perfect rub-on for us?!
yeah. lots of photos. but this album was a pack of work. definitely not going to be a workshop...unless i have to pass on revenge! definitely going to paint or even glimmer mist the next ultra detailed chipboard album.
now...i have the cosmo cricket "blackboard" that i want to play with. it too has been waiting a long time on my shelf.....
